Assess conditions to identify the right work

From the first request to long-term support

  1. Intake and survey: record the location, system, warning signs, operational impact and access conditions.
  2. Solution and quotation: clarify work, materials, technical requirements, exclusions, costs and the proposed schedule.
  3. Pre-work agreement: coordinate production schedules, access permits, safety measures and any required shutdown or isolation.
  4. Fabrication and installation: work to the agreed scope; discuss and confirm changes.
  5. Inspection and handover: agree acceptance criteria, documents, operating instructions and warranty conditions for each assignment.
  6. Maintenance and improvement: plan inspections, record conditions and propose next steps based on factory needs.

Shared technical support: a long-term cooperation model

Bách Việt aims to provide an external technical service contact supporting in-house engineering teams with surveys, site labor, fabrication and maintenance. The factory retains approval of solutions, budgets, safety and operating conditions. Scope, contacts, response arrangements and responsibilities are defined in each agreement.
